​Our Estate provides a communal antenna, which is installed on top of the Gate House, and connected to the meter box of each house. The maintenance of the section from the Gate House to the meter boxes is the responsibility of the Estate.  Maintenance of the section from the individual meter box to appliances in each house is the responsibility of individual owners.
