a.     When there is no lifeguard on duty, persons use the pool area and facilities at their own risk.

b.     Swimmers must shower before using the pool.

c.     Dogs or pets of any kind are not allowed in the pool or poolside area.

d.     No person shall enter the pool while suffering from any contagious disease.

e.     Adults must supervise their children.

f.     No glass, ceramic bottles or containers are allowed in the pool areas.

g.      All litter must be disposed of in the receptacle provided or disposed of away from the pool area.

h.     Pool users must not create a nuisance to other pool users or residents.

i.      A maximum of 8 persons from each house is permitted to use the pool at any one time to allow space for other users.

​j.       When the pool is closed during the winter period, the filtration system is turned off - please do not use the pool under any circumstances as the water is not clean!

We are very lucky to have such a great facility on our Estate.  However, for the safety of all users, please note the following Estate rules regarding use of the pool and pay attention to the signs around the pool.  The rules are not there to prevent you having fun; they are there to ensure all users may enjoy our wonderful pool.

游泳池使用指引

本屋苑擁有本區最美麗的私人游泳池，為了樣各住戶可以安全有序地享用，請務必遵守以下下使用規則：

a     在沒有救生員當席時，任何人不得使用泳池，一切責任將由使用人承擔。

b     進入泳池前請先沖身。

c     狗隻及所有寵物均不準進入泳池範圍。

d     患病或有傳染病者請待完全康復後才可使用泳池。

e     小童必須由成年人照顧下可以使用泳池。

f     玻璃及瓷瓦等飲食容器均不得帶進泳池範圍。

g     廢物必須包好放入廢物箱內，遠離泳池範圍。

h     泳客必須尊重其他使用者，不能滋擾他人包括鄰近住戶。

i     泳池會在冬天月份時關閉，過慮系統亦同時停止。池水絕不適宜使用。Type your paragraph here.
