OTG: Used for brevity to refer to Owners, Tenants & Guests

 
Foreword

a.       These Guidelines cover some, but not all OTG obligations under the DMC, BMO and the pool Licence requirements. These documents outline OTG responsibilities with respect to the management and preservation of safety, security, and appearance of the Butterfly Crest Estate. They will be reviewed annually by the IOMC and reissued if necessary.

 b.       A copy of the latest version is posted on: www.butterflycrest.com

 c.       The IOMC takes an active interest in anything which impacts on the safety, security, quality, appearance, and harmony of the Butterfly Crest. With constructive input of our community, we aim to maintain – and continually improve – the quality of life here and do so cost effectively.

 d.       Any comments, views, or suggestions about the management of our estate may be addressed to the Estate Manager: - Proper Trip (International) Ltd. (See Appendix A1.) 

 e.       Useful contact details and security information will be distributed to each individual house for reference and updated on a regular basis by the Estate Manager.

 f.       We hope you will find these Guidelines both useful and reasonable, and a basis for continuous improvement. As a small community we should be able to resolve all issues though meaningful and constructive discussion. If there is doubt on any issue, please refer to the Estate Manager and if necessary the IOMC.
