​a.    The Estate Manager is Sunrise Property Management Company, who is employed by the Incorporated Owners to manage Butterfly Crest on their behalf.

b.    The Estate Manager works closely with the Management Committee. To avoid any confusion, all communication on common issues should initially be with the Estate Manager.
