​a.    The Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) is a contract that Owners must enter into as part of purchasing a house and it governs the regulation of the Estate. Owners are legally responsible under the DMC for ensuring that the occupants of their houses, or guests, comply with its rules. If Owners rent out their property, they should ensure that any Tenancy Agreement requires the Lessee to also comply with the DMC.

b.    All Owners have a copy of the DMC as part of the Deeds of their house. If any Owner requires an additional copy of the DMC the Estate Manager will provide one in exchange for the cost of photocopying.
